ICTRA, IT and telecom provider of the Belgian railways, wanted to reduce overhead on their projects. The weekly consolidation of the various Microsoft Project plans required too much manual effort and the results were not always reliable. Management wanted a more flexible and timely reporting with higher quality.
ICTRA decided on Microsoft Office Project Server 2007 for the management of all their projects. From the central database, end users can report real-time progress on projects while executive management can consult and view in real-time the various reports.
