TOBIUS is the passionate result of equally passionate people and a strong team of staff members and highly dedicated consultants.

TOBIUS is an independent company founded in 2006 by Lode Peeters and Xavier Van Looy. Their careers crossed by coincidence when working as account executives at a big consultancy firm. With master degrees in applied economics, commercial and financial sciences and IT and broad experience in diverse leading companies in the ICT services and consultancy sector, both partners had a common vision and conviction that joined forces would create a solid basis to better serve our customers as an ICT service provider. It was the start of a new company, called "TOBIUS".

After six months, Guy Peeters became a partner, as he shared the same vision and way of work. Guy Peeters has a master degree in political and social sciences. He can cultivate upon his field experience, first as an consultant, then as an account executive for many years.

Mid 2009 Chantal Braem was welcomed in TOBIUS management team. She has 20 years of experience in the field as project manager of large IT implementations in Belgium and internationally and as program manager of transformation and change programs for a large consulting firm. Just before joining TOBIUS Chantal was Business Manager for Microsoft's Enterprise Project Management (EPM) offering, where she was responsible for EPM related sales, partner management and marketing activities. As she believes the "true" added value for the customer lies in a deployment that embeds the tool in the culture and processes of the organization, she decided to take up the challenge with TOBIUS and join us as Business Unit Manager.
